Kaci E.Henderson is Director of Bands at Dutch Fork Middle School in Irmo, South Carolina.  She holds a Bachelor of Music degree with an emphasis in Music Education and a Performance Certificate in Horn from the University of South Carolina.  She is a graduate of James F. Byrnes High School in Duncan, South Carolina where she was an active member of the marching band, winning 5 consecutive state championships.  She also participated in the symphonic band, solo and ensemble, and was a member of All-State band and All-State orchestra.   

At USC, she participated in the Mighty Sound of the Southeast marching band, holding the position of drum major for 3 years, the USC horn studio, and the USC chamber and symphonic ensembles.  Her professional affiliations include Sigma Alpha Iota, Alpha Lambda Delta, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Music Educators National Conference, South Carolina Band Directors Association, and the South Carolina Music Educators Association. Ms. Henderson has been a clinic instructor for numerous bands in South Carolina, including James F. Byrnes High School, Florence Chapel Middle School, Sumter High School, and Brookland-Cayce High School.  She is also an instructor at the USC Summer Music Camp. Ms. Henderson now lives in Columbia, South Carolina.
